  1. Is ordering online safe?
    Yes! Our website is housed on a secured server. Therefore, all of your information is sent into an encrypted file that only we have access to. This file can only be retrieved by our customer service representatives under secure conditions.

  2. What forms of payment do you accept?
    Cool e-Buys accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Cards. To protect the integrity of our customers financial information we only accept payment through PayPal. Generally speaking we do not have access to your credit card information. Occasionally, at the request of our customers, we will process telephone or email orders.

  3. Why wasnt there a packing slip, invoice, or any other forms included in my order?
    We use email to correspond all information to you. To cut down on paper usage (one reason why our prices are so low), we do not create any unnecessary documentation that cannot be sent electronically. Please keep your invoice that you received via email readily accessible, as it contains important information that may be needed for a return or exchange. If you lose the receipt originally sent to you via email please contact us and we will email you a duplicate.

  4. How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping prices listed on our website are the actual shipping charges you will pay. We ship items via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and occasionally (items over 150 lbs.) LTL trucking companies. (For a more detailed description of or shipping policies please visit our shipping section listed under Information.)

    To view your shipping costs, select the item you wish to buy and then click on Add to Cart. Your shopping cart will display. Click on Shipping Fee Evaluation, then select either Canada or the United States. Your shipping options along with their corresponding costs will display. If you are buying more then one item place all of the items in your shopping cart and then follow the above steps to view your actual shipping cost.

  5. How is sales tax calculated on orders?
    A 7% sales tax is added to all orders delivered in Florida.

  6. Can you ship my order internationally?
    Because of the higher expense of shipping products internationally, we require that all international orders meet a $100 minimum. If your order meets this requirement, our expert shipping department has the capability to ship just about anywhere in the world. View our shipping policies to see how to ship internationally.

  7. What about returns?

    Items may be returned for credit or refund at our discretion within 14 days of delivery. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please e-mail us at support@coolebuys.com with your order number and item information. We will provide the RA#. Some return items are subject to a restocking fee (up to 30%). No returns are accepted after 30 days.

    Carefully pack your return along with your invoice and write the RA# on the outside of the box in plain sight. Returns without RA# are subject to delayed processing and a 30% restocking fee. No freight collect or COD returns will be accepted. Parcels damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipper. Shipping charges on returned goods are non-refundable.

    Returned products must be complete in the original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returned items must include all original packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. We reserve the right to refuse any items not meeting these requirements.

    Due to their nature some items such as kits, cut or measured product (wire, heat shrink and tubing), software, or custom produced items do not qualify for non-defective returns. The following brands are designated as "custom manufactured" and do not qualify for non-defective return: Pro Tour Memorabilia, limited GT Styling merchandise, hand-signed Upper Deck merchandise, Superstar Greetings, and limited ATN merchandise.

    Refunds for overpayment or returned items must be requested by the customer within 6 months of the order or return.

  8. Do you stock everything shown in your website?
    No. Most of the items we carry are drop-shipped directly from our suppliers to our customers. Our products are shipped directly from our distributors and also from the original manufacturers. We receive daily electronic feeds from our suppliers updating inventory status, removing obsolete items, adding newly released products, and any price changes that may have occurred.

  9. Why are out-of-stock items advertised on your website?
    We advertise products based on their availability from our suppliers. Most out of stock items are on order with our suppliers and they will generally be available for shipment within a short period of time. We remove obsolete and discontinued items from our site daily. If we advertise an item we expect it to be available for delivery in the near future. Some seasonal items are not carried in inventory during the off season but the item remain on the site and is available as a special order item. To find out the exact status of out-of-stock items, email us at sales@coolebuys.com. You can place an order for an out-of-stock item and we will reserve one for you and ship it as soon as it arrives.

  10. Searching for Items?
    We have provided a very powerful search engine that will allow you to look up any Cool e-Buys part in a number of ways. Just type what you are looking for and our search engine will show any items that match. Search by part number, manufacturer, manufacturer part number, or description (or any part of) and our search engine will bring up any matches available.

  11. How do I use Category Search?
    To provide the easiest and most efficient shopping experience possible we have organized all of our products into logical categories and subcategories. Simply click on the category that best fits the product you are looking and we will either display the products in that category or display a subcategories list with pictorial icons. Click on the pictorial icon that best fits the products you are interested in and the items will display in alphabetical order. If you wish to only display products by a specific manufacturer go to the drop down box at the top of the page and click on the manufacturers name. You can also display products by a specific manufacturer. Go to the section titled Manufacturers, on the left hand section of your screen, then click on the name of the manufacturer you are interested in. All of the items offered by the manufacturer you have selected will then display in alphabetical order.

  12. What is a shopping cart?
    Our shopping cart is a tool to make your shopping easier. It saves your selections so you can still browse around our site and look for other items without losing the items you have placed in the shopping cart. You can look at your shopping cart from just about anywhere on the site and see what is in it. To look at your shopping cart, just click on the shopping cart icon at the top of page.

  13. How do I add items to my shopping cart?
    Once you have found the item you are looking for, just click on either the Buy Now or Add to Cart icon that is just below the description or title of the item. This will take you to your Shopping Cart page.

  14. Can I change the number of items in my shopping cart?
    Yes, once you have added an item to the shopping cart you can change the number requested by clicking on the Shopping Cart button at the top of the page. This will bring up your shopping cart; just change the quantity ordered on the appropriate item and click on the "Update Cart" button. If you do not click on the Update Cart icon, the changes you have requested will not be recorded.

  15. Can I delete an item once I have added it to my shopping cart?
    Yes, once you have added an item to the shopping cart you can delete the item requested by clicking on the shopping cart icon. This will bring up your shopping cart. To delete the item from your shopping cart, click the Remove box and then click on the Update Cart button. If you do not click on the Update Cart button, the changes you have requested will not be recorded.

  16. How do I place an order?

    After you have finished adding all of the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart, click on the Checkout button. This will take you to the first checkout page.

    1. If you already have an account with Cool e-buys.com enter the email address and password you have on file with us. Click on the Login button and you will proceed to "Delivery Information".
    2. To create a new Cool e-Buys Account. Click on Yes please, create an account for me, then Enter the required information. Next, click on the Continue button and proceed to Delivery Information.
    3. You can complete your purchase without creating a Cool e-buys Account by not clicking in the Yes please, create an account for me Continue button to proceed to Delivery Information. Information you have keyed in will not be saved on Cool e-Buys.com. (Note) If you do not create a Cool e-Buys account you will not be able to return to Cool e-Buys.com to review your order status and we will not keep an historical record of your purchases with us. block. Enter the required information and then Click on the

    The next screen will be the Delivery Information screen. On this screen you can edit or change your delivery address, select your preferred shipping method and add any comment about your order or shipment that will enable us better serve your needs. (Note) The system will always default to the lowest cost shipping method: Ground - Continental US (3 to 5 Business Days). If you prefer a different shipping method please select the appropriate shipping method by clicking on the button to the right of the shipping method you desire.

    Click Continue to proceed to the Payment Information screen.

    On this screen you may edit your Billing Address information, select your Payment Method, enter any Payment Voucher or Coupon Numbers you may wish to redeem and "Add Additional Comments About Your Order". Click on Continue to proceed to the Confirm Your Order page.

    On this screen you will be able to review and edit the items that you are purchasing, your selected shipping method, as well as your billing and shipping addresses. Edit and make any necessary changes and then click on the Confirm Order button.

    You will now be redirected to the PayPal secured site, the most secure method of purchasing on the internet.

    On the PayPal site you may:

    1. Login to PayPal (if you already have a PayPal account) and complete the purchase transaction.
    2. Create a PayPal Account and then complete your purchase transaction.
    3. Complete your purchase through PayPal without creating a PayPal account.

    At this time you will receive a computer generated welcoming email from Cool e-Buys.com and an email from PayPal advising you of the status of your order. Once PayPal has verified your payment you will receive another email advising you that your order is complete. You will then receive a confirming email from Cool e-Buys.com, advising you that your order has been processed.

  17. What if I lose my password?
    If you forget your password, click on My Account (at the top of any page). Enter your email address and the click on Password forgotten? Click here. A new password will be emailed to you. You must then log in with that password. At that point you can change the password to one that you will remember. Please note that passwords are case sensitive.
