Cool e-Buys Shipping Policies
We strive to provide our customers with highest level of service possible.Unless otherwise noted, Cool e-Buys ships most items within three business days of receiving an order. Most in stock items generally ship within 48 hours. Weekend orders and orders received on Friday after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following Monday.
Cool e-Buys ships to all fifty states including Alaska and Hawaii, and Canada.Within the Continental limits of the United States we offer Standard Shipping (3 to 5 Business Days), Expedited Shipping (1 to 3 Business Days), Two Day Shipping (2 Business Days), and One Day Shipping. For Alaska and Hawaii we only provide Expedited Shipping (1 to 3 Business Days). For Canada we offer both Standard and Expedited Shipping.Sorry, but at this time we are not shipping internationally, or to US Territories.
We ship all items via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Some heavy or cumbersome items are shipped via Freight Services. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, and delivery is available according to carrier's scheduled delivery days. Shortly after shipment we will send you the tracking information via email system.
All orders which are placed and confirmed cannot be canceled. They are processed as soon as they are received. If an item is on back order, discontinued or otherwise not available, we will notify you by email. If an order cannot be fulfilled as listed due to a price or availability discrepancy, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Cool e-Buys Warranty/Return Policy
As an authorized dealer, most products sold by Cool e-Buys are brand new and they include the full U.S.A. manufacturers warranty. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.
Any products sold by Cool e-Buys that are not brand new or are re-manufactured will be noted as used or re-manufactured. Used units may be either open box items or actual used items that may or may not be eligible for manufacturers warranty. The condition of used items will be as described. Re-manufactured items will be re-manufactured by the original manufacturer and be eligible for the original manufacturers re-manufacture warranty (unless otherwise noted).
Most items sold by Cool e-Buys offer a no hassle return period of 14 days from date of receipt. You can return most items for any reason within the first 14 days of delivery, for an exchange or a refund for the full amount of the merchandise (not including original or return shipping). Returned products must be complete in the original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returned items must include all original packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. We reserve the right to refuse any items not meeting these requirements.
- Special Order items may not be returned.
- Due to their nature some items such as kits, cut or measured product (wire, heat shrink and tubing), software, or custom produced items do not qualify for non-defective returns.
- The following brands are designated as "custom manufactured" and do not qualify for non-defective return: Pro Tour Memorabilia, limited GT Styling merchandise, hand-signed Upper Deck merchandise, Superstar Greetings, and limited ATN merchandise.
- In some circumstances, returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%; please contact the Cool e-Buys for details.
- Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, film, batteries, memory cards, memory card readers and cartography are not returnable unless defective.
We will refund 100% of the cost, including return shipping costs, if the return is a result of our error or the condition of the product was not as advertised. We must be notified of within three business days of receipt of the item, there will be no exception to this rule. If your order was damaged in transit, we will be glad to offer you a replacement or a refund in the form of the original payment method. In case of shipping damage, an insurance claim has to be finalized by the carrier before we are able to issue compensation or product replacement. We recommend that you inspect the merchandise immediately upon delivery before the carrier leaves. If you detect visible physical damage or missing items, refuse the package. If you accepted the package, contact us immediately within 3 business days of delivery if damage has been detected.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. To obtain an RMA number, please contact Cool e-Buys and be sure to provide the original order number, product being returned, and the reason for return.
